(April 18, 2019, 1:58 pm)We are in the process of buying a manufactured home here. It seems to be a quiet,clean Better Place. It includes a Club House and enclosed pool area. The prices seem right and the Mgr is good to work with. It is the Best family park in DELAND

(June 11, 2018, 5:59 am)I just picked up a piece of furniture that I bought online. From what I could tell, itwas a nice trailer park with nice looking double wides, and a big pool for the community trailer park. Nestled back in a nice tree/forest type setting.

(January 29, 2018, 2:57 am)I have inspected half a dozen mobile homes here. Very friendly people in this park. Mobile homes near the front are older but well maintained. The park seems to be well maintained and clean.
