(May 9, 2019, 12:20 pm)Connect Hearing in DeLand is always available for us, to walk in for any need (e.g. having hearing aids cleaned). Scott and Sara are both very personable and the technology seems to be top of the line, even allowing me to watch the results on a computer monitor during mother's hearing tests. The support we've received from buying her hearing aids here has been the best, mostly with no charge, not even for batteries. Highly recommended.

(March 22, 2019, 1:34 pm)Scott Chapput could not have been more accommodating. I live in Virginia and bought my hearing aids at the Suffolk, VA office of Connect Hearing. I am in Florida during the Winter months and happy this company has a location so close. I was having an issue with my left hearing aid not performing 100%. I called the DeLand location, and got an appointment the same day. Scott fixed the probably immediately and sent me on my way. He was professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. It is so nice to be able to have my hearing aids taken care of when I travel. I have dealt with Connect Hearing for quite a few years and am very satisfied with the company and the people they employ to represent them.
