  Overall customer service was pretty good. Everyone was very friendly...especially “Crazy Bob”. He kept us laughing throughout the process. At the end, we were asked to leave a good review. I’m editing mine today because unfortunately, the Truck we just purchased last night had condensation in headlight, bubble in tire, and is making a questionable sound. They agreed to fix the problem with the condensation, but we have since noticed these other, what we hope to be minor, issues. Will update review properly once resolved.
  
  UPDATE: All issues were fixed without hesitation. Owner was very nice!! As soon as he was aware of the situation, he promised to make it right and followed thru with that promise. Haven’t have an issue with the truck since. This was something that sort of slipped thru the cracks, which happens sometimes, but I’m happy with how it was handled.

  I can not Express how amazing of a dealership this is. No pressure, no haggle and extremely informative. They take as much time with you as you need to answer questions and get you in the right vehicle for your needs. After shopping for Trucks for 3 weeks, they had the best price for what we were looking for. Thank you to Bubba Woods for all your expertise and taking time to explain things to us.

  Great experience from start to finish. Diane went above and beyond to do what she had to do to get me in the truck I wanted. My situation was odd to say the least but she didn't blink an eye and helped me drive off in a great low mileage 2007 Ford F-150 for less than I had originally planned on. I wouldn't think twice about buying another vehicle there. Thanks again Diane for all your help.

  Bob was amazing! ☺️ We arrived and not even 3 minutes later, he was out and helping us! I like being prepared ahead of time so we told him what we were looking for and he showed us a couple of cars that was within our price range! It was quick, easy, and Bob really answered our questions in a way that was easy to understand (especially for me since this is my first time going through the car buying process)!
