(January 21, 2019, 7:24 pm)I felt like I was shopping at a place that treated like a person rather than a chance to make a sale. It seems like everyone came by to say hello or welcome. I felt very comfortable here. No one tried to pressure me to buy or upsell me. The showroom was clean, comfortable and not cluttered.
At other dealerships the salesmen hung around the door like vultures waiting for the next victim. There, I didn't feel comfortable and left. So, I drove over 50 miles to Starling to buy a car from a dealership with great customer service. I'm pleased. -

(October 29, 2018, 7:30 pm)We stopped in Starling to get an oil change on our way through as we were on a month long trip. Lucky enough they found some inner tire extreme wear. Kyle from service gave us a loaner (Cadillac) while we waited for tires to come in the next day. He and the whole team at Starling were great to work with. Thanks Kyle for going above and beyond to make us happy.
