  We brought our dogs (2) there for the first time and it was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and very informative. We are happy to have found a vet very close by.

  Being new to the area, the neighbors told me Countryside was the place to go. There we went and will continue to go. The staff is welcoming and caring. Dr. Bryson is awesome and takes the time to explain things and answer questions.

  When walking in I had my hands full and Dr Cunningham (sp) walked out and grabbed my purse and helped me get to the back with Bentley Blue. She treated Bentley like it was her own baby. She took her time and answered all my questions patiently. The staff and facility are impressive. The building is immaculate and you're greeted with smiles.

  My 1st time bringing my dog to Countryside (referred by a neighbor & current employee -Shelby.) They were able to squeeze me in the same day for an issue my dog was experiencing. The staff & Dr. Payne made me feel like I had been going to them for years. Really showed they cared & didn't rush us & explained in details what was going on now & what our next steps are. Will definitely be my dogs new Vet . Made us feel like part of their family. Dr. called the next day to give us the test results & to check on how he was doing. Made us feel good to know they really care!

  You can tell that the employees and doctors of Countryside really do love animals. We love Doctor Payne. They take their time with you and answer all your questions. They’re also very compassionate in the not so good times. When we lost our fur baby we got a card and it was personally signed by our fur babies doctor and all the vet techs. This was so touching to me and made all the difference in the world. The new office in Victoria Park is beautiful clean and nice.
