“I’ve been a member for a little more than a year and I’m very happy with the staff, training, and environment. I take part in both boxing and strength and conditioning. Laurie is your trainer for strength and conditioning and she is amazing. She will work you, and the best part is you won’t get bored, and you will be safe. She takes time to ensure your form is correct while helping you to get stronger. While all of the boxing trainers have their own style they are all amazing and they too ensure you are safe and using correct form. The classes are a mix of boxing technique, cardio, and conditioning. You will sweat, your heart rate will rise, and you will leave feeling like you worked out.... Most importantly you will be supported no matter your goal! Definitely worth the trip and the first class is free!!!”
