  Sam is an excellent Physical Therapist with a doctorate degree! I was in a dirt bike accident and tore my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus. After surgery Sam got me back on my feet just a few weeks!!! He also motivated me to lose weight and explained to me how. Following his advice in just 2 months I lost 24lbs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  After an injury to my back, I went to see Sam at the Pain Care and Wellness center in Deltona. After just 6 visits I didn't have to wear a back brace for the pain anymore. He made me work hard but it was so worth it not to feel the constant pain anymore. His physical therapy exercises strengthened my muscles and allowed me to get back to my normal life style.

  I was in a motorcycle accident and went to the Pain Care and Wellness Center in Deltona for my physical therapy. Sam and his staff were very caring and professional. Sam took extra time to explain his treatment plan and made sure that I understood everything. It really shows that he cares about his patients and how well they recover. I would recommend Pain Care and Wellness without a doubt.
