The preparation instructions are perfectly clear and detailed so you know exactly what to do before the crews arrive. The day of, crews were right on time and ready to work. I'm talking hustling & bustling and working their tails off from the get-go! Bret was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a walk through, explained everything & answered all our questions. The whole crew clearly had a lot of combined experience.
