Dr Rhodes is the very first orthopedic surgeon I have seen who is down to earth and is so compassionate. (I have seen many in different states besides FL too.). He takes the time to explain things, and never rushes me. He did my total hip replacement, and his techniques, especially how he closes the surgical incision, is far superior to most surgeons. I belong to an online hip replacement group, made up of patients all over the world, and I have yet to find someone that had internal stitches, in lieu of staples, sutures, etc. I fell the first hour I went home from rehab, (I did something that I knew I shouldn't) and broke my femur. Dr Rhodes met me in the ER, and disagreed with their staff orthopedic, and said I didn't need surgery after all. Not only is he honest and ethical, he saved me from going through what would have been major surgery. I was non weight bearing for six weeks, and it healed itself. I can't say enough about him, or his staff. They are always kind, sympathetic, and helpful. A big thank you to Dr. Rhodes, and his entire staff! Cindy Senger
