  I recently moved to Edgewater and have only been living in the home for about 3 months. I noticed my air conditioning unit was not cooling the house properly. As a disble veteran who lives on a fixed income I was dreading the fact i might need a new air conditioning unit. After doing some research online I found Innovative Air And Heat LLC, after reading the reviews on how professional and honest they are I had to call them. They definitely met my expectations and John is very friendly, super honest, and i would highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their air conditioning unit. My issue was a clogged condenser line and John showed me how to take care of it so I would not have any more problems later on down the road. The service they provided was amazing, had my house cooling within the hour. If I ever have any problems I will not hesitate to call them again.

  Absolutely great service. Honest, caring, and reliable. That is how I describe this business. Not there to just guess or take your money. It is hard to find a business that goes above and beyond.   moved to edgewater 7 months ago came home from work 91 degrees and no ac Friday night 7pm john at innovative ac was my second call
  he said he was busy but he would find time to come over. he asked me a couple questions and told me to try a few things voilla back on and cold.
  I am scheduling a overall checkup. my wife is in love again. thanks john.

  I was quoted 2x the price by several other local companies whom were more interested in trying to sell me a whole new system rather then repairing my existing system, which by the way is only 6 years old. Not only were the bigger companies over charging, they were adding to their pitch for replacing my unit by stating that it would take 2-3 days to get the parts. John picked up the needed part the same morning I called. Vey professional. Everything was cleaned up and John made sure the job was done correctly.
  Born and raised here, this is the company I'm calling for any HVAC problems. Fair, Reliable, Honest and does a great job.
