Precision Carpet - Tile & Upholstery

Highly recommend Precision Carpet Cleaning! They came out & cleaned my carpets. One room had a pet stain that didn't come out so I called them for a recommendation on what to do about it. They came back out & cleaned it again & the stain is gone! Great job! Very happy with their services.

Wonderful!!! My carpets and tile look better then ever. The guys name was Steve, I think. (bad memory) He was prompt, I mean on the dot 10:00, which is when the appointment was for (no waiting for a hour) very professional and super kind. He put up with me which is saying something, I like things done in a particular way and he didn't get frustrated or edgy not once. Where others have and I'm not horrible just a little picky. I asked if he could do a little more in the kitchen after he was already finished and he had no problem doing so even did the whole kitchen over again with a smaller tool to get what I wanted. Helped me move furniture so he could get underneath. As well as pulled the carpet up to check for mildew as we have had some random leaks come up through the carpet in one of the rooms. Over all extremely pleased and would recommend. Will be using them again.

My couch had a water stain that I didn't think would come out. A tech from Precision showed up on time, wore a mask (thank you!), and worked wonders. It is impossible to tell where the water mark ever was on the cushion. I highly recommend them. Affordable, prompt, and finished in an hour. They brought everything they needed to do the job.

I have had Precision clean both my carpets and tile on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied. This week I decided with the uptick in this horrific COVID-19 pandemic cases I would schedule my home to be completely Electrostatic sprayed. The tech "Joe" who came was not only professional he was also so thorough and courteous. I was so pleased and now had such peace of mind that I called to schedule an appointment for my car! They accommodated me the very next day! I very rarely write reviews but felt I had to let everyone know that, from my initial call speaking to the owner to schedule my appointment to completion how extremely pleased I am and all at an affordable price! 100+ Stars Precision Carpet-Tile & Upholstery! Highly recommend to ALL!
