  Love my neighbors. Super nice people, super nice condominium, exceptional property manager... if I didn't live next door I'd be living there ????

  2 and 3 bedroom condos. direct ocean front, great views to the inlet. a short walk to all the bars restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Parking is limited. Elevators are slow but once you are here you won't want to leave. Units are individually owned/rented so the style & amenities will vary. Most units are listed on the website, with lots of photos, so you should be able to verify everything. It is a private residential condominium so ADA compliance is not as comprehensive as say a hotel but there are ramps for access - check with the owners or manager if that is an issue.
  Checkin/out for us was easy, through VRBO and a key code lock - so no key to loose on the beach!

  Coronado Towers is on the beach of New Smyrna a nice place but they're kind of picky about letting people use the restroom that's coming off the beach unless you stay there so I yeah you got the ocean but you know some people try to be polite

  Perfect location, beautiful views from the rooms. Slow elevators.

  We stayed in room 502 at Coronado Towers and had a very nice peaceful vacation. The ocean front view was Awesome! The condo was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Also you could look out at the ocean, while washing dishes. Loved it!
