(January 30, 2019, 4:40 pm)I can't say enough good things about this family run Penske in NSB. The Taylors greeted me by my first name right when I walked in. Everything was already prepared and I was on my way in no time. The Taylors are awesome. The facility and the trucks were spotless. The truck I got was a GMC that was practically brand new. It looked, smelled and drove like new. No issues whatsoever. It had great seats and was super comfortable. Even the back was spotless. Down the road I had a question about my reservation and was able to reach customer service quickly and easily. Penske really does a great job at taking care of their customers. I can't say enough good things. The total experience was amazing. And this truck was larger and less expensive than the competition... Thanks to the Taylors, I will always use Penske moving forward.

The Taylor's offer that family owned business feeling with all the benefits that the national chains offer.
