  We have stayed at this particular Best Western before. We chose this location based on past experience, price, location and proximity to the beach and our favorite local shops and restaurants. This time we were able to check in slightly early, and was checked in and out by the front desk personnel Kaley. She was very kind, organized and professional. There was a wedding party staying there and happened to be on the same floor as us. Noise wise, after the wedding, they were rather loud and rambunctious; we could hear everything, which was frustrating with infants but aside from that, the stay was as remembered. We will definitely be back.

  Wow, we celebrated my wife's 80th birthday and the hotel hit it out of the park. The room was ready upon arrival and check in was fast and friendly, hitting it out of the park by assigning room 815 ( top floor) oceanfront. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed slept well. Breakfast although not provided, was delicious and prices were fair. The Hotel is located directly on the ocean front, with stores and restaurants in the immediate area.

  Hotel was nice, rooms clean and quiet. Balcony view of the ocean was awesome! Staff didn't email my receipt after check-out, but a call to the desk corrected that immediately. Highly recommend!

  We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the beach and a very decent room rate for the size and view. We were initially put off upon our arrival by a 4:00 check- in time. It seems very late especially after taking an early morning flight to take advantage of the weather on the beach. We busied ourselves during the day and were actually pleasantly surprised by the extreme size of the room. Two double beds, a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking New Smyrna Beach. Clean, comfortable beds, clean bath etc. We'd definitely give some thought to staying the again.

  Look no further. This place is in a great spot and can compete with all the other hotels in the area. Given, the suite felt a bit strange due to the distance from the bedroom to the bathroom and the narrow hallway but it was really comfortable. The view is enviable and we enjoyed the ocean sounds by keeping the ac unit off. Kitchen area was clean and functional and the restaurant had a decent breakfast plus an amazing view. Important to mention that the housekeeping staff was extremely polite and friendly.
