(March 26, 2019, 4:17 pm)Very professional and I had a very pleasant experience with them. I had a 9 am appointment to get my eyes dilated. I’m not a morning person so of course I missed my appointment, my fault. One of the staff memebers took there time to call me and remind me that I had an appointment that I missed and offered to reschedule for the same day! The doctor is a really nice lady as well she is very thorough with your eye exam. She explains and talks to you throughout the exam so you know what each step taking place means.

Very helpful in when choosing frames and knowledgeable when explaining about the lenses and frames.Would highly recommend if you want a great visit and great prices.

Mrs.Valerie is the BEST ????????????.2/15/19 I learned something about this store I recently purchased new glasses I had them for 2days and they were too big and was hurting my ears. I took them back today to exchange for glasses that was better for me. I found a mother pair with help they were cheaper than the ones before. The manager didn't charged me a $29.00 restocking fee, because they was lesser price. They billed my insurance and I paid almost $300. Out of pocket. They don't refund any monies back. And they will return the frame back to merchant.. wow this won't happen to me again ????

Eye exams can be scary and fearing glasses if it’s new to you doesn't make it any better but the staff here made this an incredible experience. They are the nicest group of people very helpful and kind. I went for my eye exam and got my glasses the next day! Amazing place! Got everything, beautiful glasses and exam for under a hundred! So amazing. Very happy!
