I will never go anywhere else!! Dr. Taborda has all the latest equipment and basically told me what I had suspected: that is I had a cavity under a rather old crown. A lot of folks in their 60’s have a dry mouth—I was one! Lack of saliva causes cavities — I had just retired and didn’t have dental insurance; therefore, I was very concerned about the cost of repairing teeth and filling cavities. His charge for the work was very reasonable. But more importantly, my teeth are white and in great shape. PAIN: I promise you, I have felt no pain or discomfort — I have never felt a needle stick! He is so kind and gentle as is his entire staff! If you need to connect with a great dentist, I highly recommend Taborda Dentistry on Clyde Morris in Port Orange. NOW, does anyone here have an Ophthalmic Surgeon here of these caliber???
I have always had high fear and anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Because of past experiences as a child, and even as an adult. My coworkers told me about Dr Steve and set up my initial appointment because I was scared to death. The girls were great they kept me calm and talk to me the whole time. And dr. Steve was amazing he kept asking are you okay my hurting you is everything alright. Now I have no problem scheduling my appointments with them and I don't have an issue when I walk in there I say hi I do them here from my appointment and I'm ready to go. I highly recommend dr. Steve for high anxiety Dental patience.
Absolutely the best dental experience i have ever had!! i cant say enough about how great this place is. its so clean everything is new, the waiting area is nice an peaceful very calming with comfy chairs. not that i have ever had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. the whole staff is very friendly an so nice. I used to be scared of the dentist, scared of the pain. so my teeth where bad i had several teeth completely rotted down to the gum. Doctor Taborda did an amazing job. he saved what he could, he really cares about his patients. i have never experienced this level of dentistry before . He caused me zero pain ZERO!! i had two root canals done at in the same day. i felt literally NO PAIN! over the course of a few months i had 5 teeth removed an the 2 root canals an felt almost nothing along with about 6 fillings. Doctor Taborda set up a dental plan of attack. he wanted to make sure i didn't lose anymore teeth to decay. I can't say it enough he really cares!! My two front teeth where almost down to the gum( i had bad dental hygiene as a kid). doctor Taborda fixed both with root canals an crowns i was in an out that day in about 2 hours. i left with the ability to smile again an not worrying about others seeing how bad my teeth where. since then i cant stop smiling. i smile big now showing off all my beautiful teeth. needless to say i no longer afraid of the dentist. I can't thank him enough. I will be a life long patient of Doctor Taborda.
