We looked at lots of flooring places and decided on prestige because I think they have the best installers. They are so nice and easy to work with. They do what they say they will do and they always show up on time. My floor is being finished right now and it looks great. Unfortunately, I had a low budget but they are making my cheap floor look good. I will never use a home improvement place again! Prestige is awesome and I highly recommend them.
Prestige was recommended to us by friends. I called and talked to Aime on the phone, she was polite and helpful. I later brought samples of our existing flooring in to pick out our new tile - Aime gave us multiple options, had some great ideas, and was extremely helpful. It took a few weeks to get the tile in and get started. Fashion Tile, who did the actual laying of the tile, started when they said they would. I came by during my lunch break everyday and they were tidy and minimized mess. Although they said they were done, i noticed a small gap between the tile and the perimeter. I notified Aime who notified them and they came back and touched it up. I later noticed the closet doors dont quite close right. Again, they came back and "fixed" it, although my husband still had to make a few tweeks. Overall, the tile looks amazing and fantastic.
I recently purchased some new carpet to be put in my mobile home. I have been very pleased. They have been very nice and accommodating. I would defiantly recommend these guys to anyone in the area.
Amy was the saleswoman. Knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and sound with her advice as to product and quality. Steve and his partner did the installation. Never saw such a professional job. We've built over 4 homes and purchased as least that many. Have carpeted all. Wish we had known about these people. Not only the most professional installation job we've ever seen, but the attention to detail and cleanliness is unparalleled in our experience. This was the best carpet installation we've ever had.
