The RV RN

Steve will be our #1 RV repair service from now on. Our refrigerator would not automatically switch from gas to electric. Steve first found a fuse; but then he had to patiently take the refrigerator apart and order another one new part. I bet anyone else would have required us to replace the whole refrigerator. The price for coming right to our home TWICE was more than fair and best of all the repair was done in a timely manner. A GREAT RV SERVICE.

Steve is the kindest rv guy!! I called him about 10 minutes to 5 (when he closes) and thought I knew what I needed. He right away knew that I was incorrect (because I am no where near a professional ) I listened to what he had to say and he honestly fixed the problem over the phone in a few minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process with pure kindness. We truly appreciate him and are so grateful!! If you need RV repair don’t hesitate to call Steve first!!

This is an edit from an earlier post made in haste. Steve arrived promptly at the appointment time to diagnosis a problem with my camper refrigerator not working. He was professional and courteous as others reported. The minus a star is simply my not receiving a follow up call in a timely manner. I hadn't realized there were issues preventing a response. I would recommend Steve to others and would rely on him in the future, Again, I apoligize for being negative for not understanding,

Steve is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and the most important, honest! He did a number of projects to my travel trailer, all related to normal wear and age. When he say's he'll do something, it gets done correctly and on a timely basis.

He fixed two slide out leak problems, repaired the walls and a section of the floor. He also installed a new bathroom shower tub.

Steve, of RV RN, came to our campsite in less than 24 hours of us calling (most rv repair shops had a wait list for 5+ months!) He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went out of his way to take care of us and to do the work properly. We’re so thankful to have found him! I saved his contact info in my phone so if we have another issue, we can work with him again. We highly recommend his services and give him five stars!
