“The need to keep in touch more with the members of club. The could do quarterly newsletter. I cannot still pay membership online , which is what I do with all my bills. I used to do it, changed web and now , no one seems to know how to show me how to do it. They need to hire a Pro soon, some with experience with all phases of running a club. The older gentlemen working is retired and should be retired and enjoying life. He gives it all to the club. He also has health issues now. Courts are in fair shape, still raining, do not do redo courts until rain slows down with heat. Needs to do a membership drive or something to draw more tennis players. There is a lot things to promote it, health workout room, good clay courts and hard courts. We have a pro shop, stringing of racquets. They have several ways of memberships , adults and juniors. Needs to show the club off by inviting teams to play round robins tennis play. LET'S GET ON BOARD THE BRANDYWINE TRAIN AND RIDE THE GREAT RIDE OF THE CLUB.”

“The staff are very accommodating to my every need. The way things are done here are sensible and people here are really in touch! Wonderful and helpful staff and co-clients! Matthew, one of the support workers, was very very professional and helpful to me. He deserves a raise!!!! The nurses were very kind and helpful as well! This place is becoming progressive and has some room to grow! Lynda was AMAZING! I am in awe with this facility and I hope they can get the funds to expand and have more outreach for people with disabilities and different levels of mental illness. It took me a while to find a place like this that has resources for people in a crisis. They also have reasonable billing and are accommodating to people with low income. I wish it was closer to home because I would love to work here! Even though I am at rock bottom, I was able to talk to people and try to help them and it really felt good. There was this one client there that was an angel sent from above. She was one of the most caring human beings I have ever met on this planet. I hope she can see this post! I really miss her.”
