“We visited the new facility this week for a sick visit for our cat. Cali was terrified! She was only crated for spaying and vaccines. She is indoor only. Dr. Eades came in. He remembered us from a year and a half ago when we were there with a sick puppy. He is still compassionate, conversational, and makes sure you know the possibilities of your pets condition while waiting for test results. The staff was wonderful. Cali was handled with care. We left with follow up medications and thorough instructions. We await some lab results but I have no doubt that they will be accurate and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the Shallowford Animal Hospital. We feel like family when we are there and that's something that most physician's offices cannot achieve!”

“Still waiting on someone to call me back after a complaint I emailed in today. Someone should be able to email video and pictures in and be able to get a report number that you can order from records for like 2 bucks to make sure it was worked and processed. This is from a former member of Infragard. So much of this could be automated and it would protect the public with ease. Update. Got the call back and got a procedure. Could use some more automation but what doesn't.”
