“I have been eating at Lost Lagoon for about four years now. They have a very nice well-rounded menu. I have some serious foodie friends, and they all love this place too. Even my vegetarian friends find plenty to make them happy there. Their appetizers are the best I have had anywhere. My favorite is the pretzel bites. I have eaten way more than my share of burgers. Including all the usual suspects around the country. Lost Lagoon in my carnivorously educated opinion has the best burgers in the area. The staff is very cool. The service is always great. When busy they handle high volume business very well. The owner is frequently visible and engaging. In the four years I have been going there, I have only had to send something back twice and it was handled quickly and apologetically. Situated directly in front of NSB Airport, it's a nice facility with outside seating available and a full bar. There is ample parking, though some of it in the grass. I always have a great time there and frequently run into friends there.”

“We're locals and this was our first visit. Food was delicious, place is small with few staff members but it's part of the ambiance. They were super busy, which is usually a good sign. My 6 year old had her manners in full force today, which was recognized by one of the ladies working, I didn't catch her name, so she came over to our table, praised my daughter, and gave her a ticket for a free ice cream. Incredibly friendly and personable staff, we all loved our choices, perfect little beach day taco spot. We'll definitely be back.”

“The only place to eat breakfast if you are visiting or live nearby. My wife grew up in Edgewater so we visit each year. From my first visit to the area I fell in love with this place. The pancakes are huge, eggs made to order, and orange juice fresh squeezed. The staff is very friendly and prices great. They have recently added outdoor seating and a bar inside. If you stay anywhere nearby, take to trip to this gem located on Flagler and get yourself the best way to start any day, vacation or otherwise. I recommend the #10.”

“Hey everyone! Doctors rangled me in overnight so I was starving when they released me at 6am Daughter said Mom Big Rig will have it and as usual my Daughter is right!! We were greeted so friendly as we entered, we grabbed a booth and fell in our server was at hand with lifesaving coffee she must have sensed our needs oh my goodness be sure to get some biscuits and gravy if you are not hungry take it home! You'll be glad for it later. I enjoyed my French toast and eggs. My Daughter loved her breakfast of a meat order I don't recall which at this time and also had the biscuits and gravy, we enjoyed talking with everyone they had what looked to be a steady flow of regular customers meeting up there. The prices are very nice. It is casual dress. And it is clean. Enjoy”

“The Commons can be a little up and down depending on who's cooking, but it's mostly good. If you're looking for variety and choices it's a good place to go, however I do caution your budget. For those not on a school meal plan or do not know someone willing to spend one of their two-per-semester friends and family swipes, it can be expensive. It follows the normal cafeteria set up for pricing- breakfast is least expensive and dinner is most expensive when you pay out of pocket. It is newly redone (along with the entire Carlton Union Building) and a nice place to go eat, but there are also other options on and off campus.”

“I have never had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A. I have probably been to 70 different restaurants and the service is always excellent and the food hot and fresh. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This is the best company and they look for the best people to work for them. If you want to buy a franchise you must interview for the right to be able to run one of their restaurants. I had a great experience here and I left feeling better than when I arrived.
