“I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. It's right in the middle. Go early or prepare to wait (in the hot sun). They are always really busy after 830am. Weekends are stupid. When it gets like that the staff aren't good at keeping up and things start to get forgotten. Like your drinks, ketchup, syrup, silverware, and food. They do breakfast well and have the most buttery and crispy hash browns ever. Go early!”

“I will definitely be going back. Be prepared to wait a little to get a table because they are always busy. However it is worth the wait. Wait staff is always friendly and seem to genuinely like working there. Food is always great. Have had a variety of different things and have not been anything but completely satisfied. “We went there 3 times in the last 30 days. Each time was perfect. All the servers are knowledgeable and great. Baker was a most recent server and he knew the menu, delivered the goods, kept our tea and soda full and stayed out of the way for the super star which is one of the Owners. Vincenzo is loud, fun and adores his customers. He alone is worth the visit. I had pasta each time which was phenomenal. My wife had Lobster Raviolis which had large chunks of lobster in both the sauce the ravioli. We had soup on 2 visits both were awesome. We had Cesar salad with anchovies on another visit and they were wonderful as well. Now that it is a bit larger there is rarely a wait and we love both inside and outside dining. The best Italian food you can find for miles and don't forget they have awesome thin crust pizza to die for. I would give it 6 stars if i could.”

“Very good food, friendly, efficient service. I mentioned to our waitress that I loved spicy food. She brought us a sample of their homemade hot sauces. All three were excellent. I ordered the shrimp green curry. It was slightly spicy and delicious. The shrimp were very fresh. I'm often disappointed with rice at restaurants but there rice was superb.”

“Stopped by for beers with a view. Not a good craft beer selection but found a NSB IPA for $7. Decided to stay for a bite once we found out there would be some live music. Sat at the bar enjoyed a delicious tuna salad, moved onto cocktails (buck more than the beer) and enjoyed the music. In fact they were so good we stayed longer because of them. Fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Decent service too.”

It's located right on the beach and my favorite thing about this place is that they have seats that look out at the ocean with windows that open so you can smell the ocean air and feel the breeze while you are enjoying a drink. It's like being on vacation even if you aren't actually there on vacation. Amazing food and drinks, everything is quick and the staff is friendly. I would stay there all day if I could. “A good restaurant in Edgewater? We've lived in New Smyrna Beach for 12 years; ate at all of the restaurants. Wow!! This is a great restaurant for Mexican food. The flavors, presentation, unique blends and of course the boiling lava stone Molcajete that only exists here. Well not really. I think the Salsa Mexican restaurant is a bit better but you'd have to drive 550 miles to Asheville, NC. Added to the excellence of the food is great service by Alahandra twice and equally excellent service by Alissa. Please keep up the good work!!!”

I drove past here for two years blowing it off as a place I thought I wouldn't enjoy, wow was I mistaken. It's a reformed house, a joint by all accounts but it is inhabited by one great little restaurant!!! It immediately became one of my favorite places with incredibly fresh dishes!! After my first visit I immediately craved it and have not lost that craving. I literally crave it the very next day after going there. Have I mentioned how fresh everything is??? Just go! “Hope this review won't be too long, but I can't say enough about the place, the food, and especially the people. The food is delicious, the venue and the Wednesday night jam sessions are wonderful, and you will not meet finer, kinder people anywhere. Recently I stopped there for the first time and upon leaving I unknowingly dropped the key fob to my bike as I drove away. When I reached my destination I realized I had lost the fob because I couldn't restart my bike. I called Uncle Chicken's to ask if anyone had found it and Craig, the man who began several of these places so he could give each of his kids one of the businesses , answered and when I explained my predicament he asked for the address and LEFT HIS BUSINESS to pick me up so we could go back and find the fob which we did. He then drove me back to where my bike was so I could start it and head for home. This man did not even know me but he showed this act of kindness to a total stranger. I told him he had a customer for life and he said I have a friend for life. And I do. Thank you Uncle Chicken!”
