“The staff is always cheery when I come in! As mention in someone’s review, I do as well sense a great deal of team work! To witness that is a nice feeling. Nothing but positive energy when I go in. I always catch smiles. While in line, the staff is always polite, swift, and engage in a bit of small talk. I order the same thing each visit and it tastes as good as the last. The rolls compare Church's chicken with the sweet glaze and the rice and beans taste just like Popeye's but paired with savory chicken. Make sure you make it early, made it right before the 11am lunch rush but the line quickly backed up.”

“I have been here four times now; three times dining in, one time carry-out. EVERYthing is always good; the food and the service. Try anything on the menu you won’t go wrong. The brisket grilled cheese is awesome, a barbecue chicken salad, the ribs, the sausage. I could go on. The owners really care about their space in the community and they’re making this a good space to visit. Two things I don’t care for: 1. they are closed on Sundays. 2. the banana pudding.”

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Tried the open face turkey, open face roast beef, fries, potato salad (homemade) cream of broccoli and lemon chicken rice soup. Served with hot bread and butter. All was very tasty. The cream of broccoli soup was amazing. I think the soups are homemade. This place is a must try. I will be going back.”

If they don't have something you're looking for, they'll recommend other places, even if it's not the same chain. I like their honesty.
