“We have been with GTE FCU for around 8 years now, never had an issue with our account that wasn't resolved right away. I was reluctant when they transitioned over to teller machines instead of actual people, but do enjoy being able to deposit cash from the car into the ATM at any hour vs waiting until they open. Only giving 4 stars though because the drive thru ATM only accepts cash like 8 out of every 10 times I go...”

“Very good bank to open an account with. Donna is always helpful when I come in. My only complaint would be the touch screen on the ATM is malfunctioning. Use the buttons not the screen just so everyone knows. Took me 6 withdrawals to get $300. Free checking and savings with only $5 in your account. Really good staff there I notice ????”
