“Rating this a four as far as airport food goes. Definitely pretty expensive for the amount, but that's to be expected. Chicken noodle soup is solid quality, as are their Turkey bacon sandwiches. I recommend getting a bag of chips with your sandwich order, because it adds that bit of flavor which is otherwise missing. They also give you free water if you ask for it! The store itself is laid out very much like the others but is larger so may have a larger assortment. Fruits and vegetables are as good as can be expected at any major supermarket chain. OK but not excellent. Haven't tried the butcher recently but am sure it will also be ok.”

“it was my first time here and I loved it. it was very crowded but we only waited for 15 minutes. then the first thing I realized when we stepped in was the tables. I love the way they were all very apart from each other. I have the little ones and it is always a struggle when the space is tight to move around. service was very fast and the food was delicious especially the crepes. then the balloon lady was a life saver. my kids loved it. definitely will go back.”

Yesterday I went to my local Einstein Cafe for breakfast. I had a $1 credit, no time limit and a $2 coupon, 2 day coupon. The cashier choose my $1 coupon eventhough I presented my cell phone bar code for the $2. When I asked her why, she said that my account only showed the $1. When I called customer service, I got the same response. I am totally disappointed in my local Einstein Cafe.”

“This isn't my favorite Publix, but that has more to do with the clientele than the employees. The staff here is friendly and helpful, but many of the customers I've encountered are rude and selfish. If you see that I'm looking at some items to decide which I would like to purchase, don't stand directly in front of me...to do the exact same thing. If you can grab and go, sure, if you're going to make decisions...stay off to the side. Also, don't cut in front of me and glare at me like I'm the bad guy for not moving faster through a grocery store. I wasn't aware this was a competition. I'm sure Guy would be proud of you, but you're annoying me. As a matter of fact, one other customer (out of more than 50) was polite and said hello. All of the others looked at me like I had three heads. Either way, the staff is very good from what I can tell, but the customers make me want to shop elsewhere. I can go deal with rude patrons at Walmart and get my food cheaper.”
