“Your typical Starbucks cafe. Haven't tried the drive through but heard that it can take 10 minutes in the morning if they are busy. Inside almost all the seating is at small round tables set with 2 chairs each. Only 1 table for 4 and 1 seating area that can accommodate a group. Outside seating is available. Good parking.”

“Loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. We were here for dinner and sat in the Grand Ballroom, but you can request to be seated in the West Wing or Castle Gallery, if you prefer. Ordering for dinner was simple and easy. You pick an appetizer and an entree and also get a dessert tray with 3 mini treats after your meal. Our food was brought out pretty quickly after we ordered....AND the food was fantastic. The French onion soup was awesome and the entrees were cooked to perfection. For dessert, the kids (9 and younger) get a fun white chocolate Chip Cup to "paint" before they eat. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our meal questions. He explained ingredients to our son so he knew exactly what he was ordering. The restaurant was packed and it was loud, but with that many people it's to be expected. The Beast walked through the ballroom a few times while we were there and also had a photo area. It is expensive at $60 per adult and $35 per child, but well worth it. Our family loved this restaurant!”

“A superb experience! We had high tea, starting with a selection of amazing finger sandwiches (they swapped out the non-vegatarian ones for me) and a selection of seasonal fruit and imported cheeses. Second was a fantastic scone with some of the best lemon curd I've ever had. Last we had and excellent selection of deserts, the trifle was wonderful. Patrick, our waiter, was above and beyond even Disney's high standards. My only complaint is that the room is located immediately off the lobby and the occasional screaming child can interrupt your meal.”

“As usual, my husband and I will go there on our weekends and also sometimes during the week to have our cup of coffee. We just go and sit for awhile and talk about what's going on and maybe see how everybody is doing. Very pleasant place to go. Gets us out of the house for a bit. The one and only thing that I can say that drives me crazy is the door buzzer that constantly goes off especially when the cars drive over the rubber ringing device on the pavement. I have absolutely no idea if it's on top or underneath the pavement. Guess ya just have to deal with the noise, lol. They do play continual Country Music, which I enjoy. They have both Men and Women bathrooms in the back of the store. Lotto is available. Cigarettes and more. There is also an indoors Subway. A place to sit and enjoy your Sub and beverage. And, if your sitting close enough to the window, you can look outside and take a peek. That's a out it. Have a nice day!!”

Patrice from NY, and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine smile and her level of service was great. She looked beyond the order we placed, helped with the selection, prepared some extra cream for us to take with umprompted. I was very pleasantly surprised because chain stores, particularly located along turnpikes and places where there aren't regular daily customers, tend to leave much to be desired from service. Not in this case. The place was clean and stocked. These gals were wonderful. I would undoubtedly recommend this location for weary travelers.”
