As a seasoned driver whom has preferred the RAM brand over all others I am partial to the tradesman 2500 Cummins series and have been happy with my experiences with them over the years. After owning several of them I was due for yet another. Before arriving we spoke with him about our needs and what we were searching for. He listened carefully and took the initiative to be proactive in his approach to recommending the trucks we had inquired about. He had several of the trucks lined up waiting before I had arrived, and I was able to easily view each one and and talk about what the pros and cons of each one including the options that I already have on my current truck and how to incorporate that into the new one. “Had a outstanding experience at this dealership during the purchase of our Alfa Romeo Giulia. We shopped for a new car for almost a year and over that time we stopped at a lot of dealer’s test-driving cars and gathering information. On a whim, while on vacation to Daytona Beach last Christmas we stopped in and where very impressed with how they treated us and took us seriously (even though we live 600 miles away), We stopped in again while in vacation mid-summer, again while on vacation and found the car we wanted. First the place was sold and now they have s new cook, an Administrator very rough on the edges, new waiter not trained in what Spanish dishes are. Half of the time things were brought to our table incomplete. The waiter did not even know what I was ordering. No manners, uneducated. Well all together I am not going again. Tips given for this meal 0. Be nice, know your menu, bring food hot,serve within time, and never never argue with customers when you don't know what you are doing. EXTREMELY POOR.
