“Went in for oil change and 30,000 mike service. Staff was wonderful, car came back very clean. I had my dog with me in the waiting room. They gave me a great Subaru squeaky toy, other dog goodies, and most of the staff stopped to visit and pet her. Really welcoming place. And the waiting area was pleasant (TV on but sound off, thank you!), clean, new comfortable furniture, and power available for charging. Great place.”

“I made an appointment to come in at 9:30am and as usual, Arnaud was smiling and ready to assist me as soon as I arrived. He quickly discovered that my battery was my problem, and informed me that my specific battery wouldn't be in stock until Friday. He then assisted me in setting up my Enterprise rental. by 1:30pm, I received a call from Arnaud. He humbly informed me that he had taken the time an effort to search other nearby centers and went out of his way to pick up my battery at another location. I was so touched by the fact that he had really gone the extra mile (pun intended) to make my day a little easier and brighter. Even more so, his "it's no big deal" attitude further cemented my belief that this level of customer service is part of his every day routine. When I arrived at the Volvo Enterprise location to return the rental, I was disappointed to learn that I had been slapped with a few extra charges for a car I had only rented a few hours earlier, and even more so with the discovery that they were unable to assist me in a courtesy shuttle to take me back to the Mitsubishi service center. It seemed like all of the pieces were falling OUT of place, but then like a true hero, Arnaud bursted through the doors to personally take me back to my car. I cannot fully express to you how touched I am, as someone who has worked in the service industry and as a customer, by experiences like today's. Arnaud Lafforgue is a true asset to your company and a blessing to those who have the privilege of being helped by him at your location. “I had a great experience with Prime Autos. I bought my 2004 Dodge Ram back in November and it is super clean. The down payment was reasonable, and weekly payments make things easy. Scotty was awesome and I would definitely recommend this place to someone with bad or no credit such as myself. The only thing I can’t seem to get an answer on is why nothing is showing up on my Credit report. I’ve made on time payments continuously for about 3 months now and my credit report does not reflect the loan or the on time payments.
