“Purchased a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from R&L this week. The vehicle, sitting pretty at 151k-ish miles was damn near immaculate inside and out. Pricing was fair and easy, met with Diego twice and on the second visit I decided to make the purchase. Communication was great, received texts and updates regarding the vehicle in the week leading up to me buying it, Diego had it washed, detailed, and sitting inside the show room waiting for me on the second visit. The purchase was quick and painless, Diego even knocked a bit off the price since I’m law enforcement, which I thought was awesome. Took the vehicle to a service center for review and was shocked when all I got was “We’re just gonna replace a coil because it’s old, it’s good to go.” Which is something I’ve never had happen when buying a used vehicle, especially a used police vehicle. All in all this has been the best experience I’ve had buying a used vehicle so far. No games involved, which was refreshing. The price negotiation was honest and straight forward. The vehicle completed its police service up north and now it’s getting a second wind.”
