“This is one of the absolute best Pep Boys I have ever been to. I live pretty far from this location, but was in town visiting when my car broke down on OBT. My engine had some issues that were much worse than I had anticipated, and I really thought I was out of luck. Aida D. took me through the process and kept me informed. She was super nice and honestly helped calm a lot of my worries. Having your car in a shop an hour and a half away from where you live can be really nerve wracking. Gabriel N. did the engine work and the man is an artist. My car is pretty old, and it's running better than it has in quite a long time. And it was ready quickly, no pain. I am beyond thankful. I visit the area frequently, so really need my vehicle. Everyone there made the situation really easy and I can't recommend this location enough.”

“Very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and quality of Rocco’s work here. My wife’s AC compressor got stuck and needed to be replaced. Most places quoted very high prices to replace it but this was by far the best deal. They were able to do it right away and finished the job in just a few hours, where the other places said 2-3 weeks before they could start and at least 1-2 days to finish. Most importantly though is the way businesses treat their customers. It is not often that you find people who treat you like family but Rocco has earned a customer for life out of us.
