“I was having a really bad day, and honestly haven’t had a good experience at this place before. But that’s another story for another day. I was having a terrible day and they did the best they could to help and even more. They have more than made up for the absolutely terrible service I received in 2018. In 2018 they drove over a nail with my scion after I brought it in for transmission issues. I was going to but there until the salesman bullied me so bad, I couldn’t take it. We had to put our cat down that same day and he only cared about the sale. Then service drove over a huge nail and it flattened my tire. We had bought there in 2014 and after that experience in 2018 we never bought there again and went to Keith Pierson. While I’m still more comfortable driving across town for service at Keith Pierson, Arlington did a great job helping me in a jam with my battery. They comforted me, made everything easy, and got me a free Uber ride to and from my job. It’s a testament to how far they have come and how they are trying to provide good experiences for their customers.”

“Called Dexter's Automotive on a whim at 5:30 PM stating I had a broken automatic tensioner in my vehicle with all the parts to replace it but unable to remove it. Scott told me to swing by. I made it to the shop around 6:00 PM and he started working on the vehicle by 6:10. Scott fought the bolt holding the tensioner for a good amount of time, but of course he was able to remove it. By this point, the shop is past business hours, he is working on personal time. I did not have a replacement bolt, but he had a ride ready to bring me to the parts store for a new bolt after he removed the assembly. When I returned, he quickly put it all back together and sent me on my way. This shop is ran by an absolute legend with wicked skills. To top it off, he offered me an incredibly affordable price after giving me his personal time to fix my car. I was very impressed with the service.”

“Here's a 2020 A8 that Safelite couldn't do and jerked us around for FOUR WEEKS trying to 'locate' the correct windscreen. Everyone else wanted $1200-1500 and couldn't even get the glass. Gene and ABBS did this emergency service the next day first thing in the AM fourteen hours after we called them - securing the correct OEM glass and installing it professionally WITHOUT needing recalibration ($$$$!) for the camera pack and sensor suite. This isn't the first one he's done for us either. I'm an automobile dealer and have been using Gene and his guys exclusively for 10+ years for all our glass replacement. Older cars, cheap cars, newer cars, hi-line cars. Doesn't matter. The service is always timely, efficient, and high quality. His crew is professional and the results speak for themselves.
