“- I have had to update my review because as a business owner, I have been given a business lesson in what "great customer service" means. - The service they offer is simply impressive, it is a complete experience from "A" to "Z". - From the moment you arrive, there is an optional self-service station to clean up bugs and/or bird poop (those that adhere strongly to the paint). - Then they have 2 "check in" booths where they receive you better than at home (LOL). There Amanda, the girl who attended me, explained to me well the irresistible offer that they have where you pay only $19.99 for the first month for the FULL service, the second month is only $10+. There they give you free air freshener and/or dash cleaner, small details, big differences. - Then you arrive at the tunnel where the person who guides you kindly greets you with a "Good Morning", from time to time he even makes a joke to brighten the day... and you go through that spectacular system of washing, waxing, drying and more 100% automatic. - Then you go to the self-cleaning section, all the tools are in optimal condition, a vacuum cleaner, clean rags and brushes of all kinds for all uses. - They give you free products for windows, tires, interior, multipurpose, etc... - All employees are checking that everything is in order, filled, clean, simply impressive. - Steve, one of them, kindly and without even asking, offered to pressure wash my rugs. - Also Isabel is a great person, helpful and always checking everything is okay. Definitely and with total certainty I can tell you, THEY ARE THE BEST. Thank you!”

“I am from NJ and only stayed in the Villages for 2 Months. I had an unlimited car wash package for my stay. Fantastic crew at this location. The Manager Robert was a great host, even showed me the back room operation. Every time I came by for a wash it was better than the last time. Your equipment is the best I have ever seen. Your vacuum bays are unique allowing me the ability to finish the job properly. I am 73 years old so I have seen plenty of car wash places. I hope to see you someday in NJ. I will join again when I return next year. I told everyone I know in the Villages to Join because your place is really that good. Keep it up.”

Radiant car wash has better customer service, nicer smelling air fresheners and kinder employees but you can't go wrong with this one either. Just a price you can't beat. “Great place to wash your car and vacuum it. The attendents are very friendly and helpful. You can choose from several different car wash packages for the month or buy a single use. With every car wash you have access to the free vacuum, which work great at getting your your carpet clean, I have been to carwashes we're the vacuums barely work, so that was nice. The actual car wash did a pretty decent job at getting my car clean, there were a few spots that it didn't get very well. I will say the brushes seem a little harsh hitting my vehicle, not sure how that will effect my paint job over time. Over all I was pleased and will visit again.”
