“Great staff. There are lots of similar car washes all over town but what separates Radiant from the others are their people. They're friendly & always ready to help. The first 4 times we went, the computer did not read my license plate but they kept trying to fix it and now it works. They did explain that some specialty tags are difficult to read. Never had any issues with my vehicle going through the wash and it's always clean. I never have to redo any part of my car. The only thing I wish was different is the exit because your view is partially blocked to get out and when turning right it's impossible not to impede the vehicles trying to come in. It's worse if there are vehicles in the prep area. Just be aware of that. Otherwise, a great car wash.”

“I am an Uber driver from Jacksonville. I have a car wash membership in Jacksonville but my car wash in St Augustine was closed for upgrades. A rider made a huge mess on my carpets and I was in desperate need for a vacuum. My searches kept taking me to vacuums that either didn't exist or were not working. Finally, thankfully, it gave me Tidal. This was my very first time. The lady was so very kind, courteous, and friendly. I explained my situation and she showed me to use their vacuums. The vacuums were one of the best vacuums I have ever used. Excellent suction. Got my vehicle very clean. I would highly recommend this car wash. I was informed that for a limited time you can get a monthly membership for the cost of a single wash. Thank you for saving me and for a wonderful first experience. 💕”

“I've been going to this Mister Car Wash since they've opened, and it's always been great. Today, however, was exceptional. As I was vacuuming I accidentally closed all doors with my keys and phone in the car. I decided to walk up to the car wash employees and see if by any chance they had any way of helping me. One young man that was working guiding the cars in immediately jumped up to help me. He spent easily 30 minutes or more doing everything he could to help me get my car opened. He was kind and polite, and in the end successful. I am so grateful to him!”

I had two cars detailed years ago by Sunflo and I knew they needed to be the one to take care of my new whip right after I picked it up from the dealership. Jason not only took the time to message me promptly but he also messaged me the entire time he had my car (almost a whole week) he sent me photos/videos and even went out of his way to fix an issue that I didn’t like with the tint. There is nobody else I’d rather do business with and you should feel the same. Your car will come out looking better than ever I can promise you that. My only gripe was I wish I had more cars for him to do. The process was fun and easy and him and his buddy Oscar are like a dynamic duo. They were professional, courteous, and quick to respond (only way to get a hold of them is leave a note under their door). I’ll be back to support their business for sure. But to be safe, I’ll probably just be using the DIY car wash stalls instead. EDIT 5/16.. * idk why I came back since my last experience with drive thru was horrible, but the one time that I did, there was a metallic piece that’s supposed To go down when driving over, but it didn’t. “I have the Unlimited Wash and I use it as I am on the road all day long. I go through the wash at night before closing or first thing in the morning. Car comes out clean all the time. Just bring a cloth to dry off anything that remains wet and you have use of the vacuums as well. Great value with zero complaints and the staff is super friendly.”

“This has to be one of the best car washes in the area. I purchased the VIP so alls I have to do is pull into wash every time I go. The was is good and gets my truck really clean. They have really done an excellent job of updating this location. They now have mat washers, high air pressure lines to blow out all the water in your side view mirrors and also used inside the vehicle to clean tight crevices and air vents. Vacuum lines in both sides of car, and window cleaner, and dry towels. All these extra items are all included in the price of the wash”
