“I was so impressed with Nate at this place. He went above and beyond. I had recently had my entire interior shampooed before I moved from Missouri to Florida within the year.... well somehow on the move, a container of deodorant ended up spilling a little on one of the car seats. There was a medium sized white spot. When I first went through Sparkling Image, they said they would have to charge me the entire amount to redo all my seats because they couldn’t break it down by seat. I said I couldn’t afford to do that so I just bought the basic option. Well, at the end, Nate pulled up with my car and said...”hold on a sec”. He then came back with an all purpose cleaner and he got the spot out for me free of charge. He definitely made my day. He said something about he wanted every customer to walk away happy. He truly demonstrated customer service, and I will be back for sure. I hope this review gets to him somehow!”

“For the price point this is a good car wash. The machinery is in good working condition and the ride through the wash is smooth. The vacuums are kind of weak and could use some attention, but they at least work and there is not additional charge for them, and that is a plus. The grounds are well kept; free of litter and debris. This is still one of the few places you can get a good $5 car wash. You gotta love that!”
