I asked her where something was and she went above and beyond to understand my question, help me locate it, ask me if I needed help with something else. When I told her yes and described what I needed, even though she never heard of it she went out her way to ask another associate where it was located. That is a true definition of going above and beyond and caring for a customer. There’s nothing like the feeling of wearing the correct-sized bra, and she turned me on to a new style! I use to swear by the Balconette (Everyday Solution/Sexy Support-the regular one), but the new Full Coverage (Memory Foam/Intuition Collection) is the softest, most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn! She was patient with me, which I value in a customer service person because I can be rather indecisive. Marley able to accommodate an out-dated exchange for me! I was truly I happy with the fit, and they helped me to get the right size and exchanged the ones I’d already purchased. Sandra and Erica have a great dynamic. (NYC represent!
