“This pharmacy was lacking in very many areas but I came here because it’s close to my house. They have new staff that are very hard working and super friendly. My mother is very ill and I pick up prescriptions for her! The young man, Steven, went out of his way to fill a prescription right away that she desperately needed. I could tell the store was very busy but he was happy to put in his best effort and go the extra mile. Somehow this young man was running drive thru and front counter, and going back to fill all at the same time and making it seem like it was cake. Hire more folks like him . “I was on my way back to Colorado after a close family member had passed. I was exhausted, in every possible way. I realized I didn't have ear buds, so I trudged my way to the first store I saw - SPANX - and asked the young woman there what the cheapest set of ear buds were. She said the cheapest were $20 and was showing me to them - typical cheap ear buds. There was an older gentleman working there who took a $40 pair from the shelf and said, "For you, these are $20." It was a simple act of kindness & from someone who I know had no idea of what I was going through. The entire interaction was so pleasant. I know items in airports are overpriced. Everyone knows that. And heck, those might have been on sale already. But customer service matters - and I really feel they delivered.”
