“We drive well over an hour from Winter Haven to use Kids Smiles. The primary reason we do this: this practice is unique in allowing parents into the rooms with the children during the procedures. Dr Mia Kwon is fantastic. Our twins love her personality, she takes the time to explain everything and shows the kids the instruments she uses. She is VERY good at putting kids at ease. She also very patiently addresses any and all questions that my wife and I have. I highly recommend this practice for your kids.”

“I am a new member of Burn Boot Camp and I am really loving my experience thus far. I just completed the 7 day trail and from day one I felt very comfortable. All the coaches are fantastic and motivational. I really love the body scans and nutritional help. I think this will really help keep me accountable, which I haven’t found in any gyms prior. The workouts are challenging and different every class. I am also very thankful that I didn’t feel pressured to join. I was able to complete my 7 day trail without the discussion of membership to see if this was something I really want to be a part of.
