“Dr. Pichler has been my dentist for about 15 years. He also helped my husband regain the health of his gums with extensive work. He has fixed my front teeth which were knocked out by a ruler in fourth grade. Recently he put a new bridge in my mouth replacing two teeth. He is an artist and master of his craft. I have full confidence in him and his team. From the receptionist who always finds a way to fit me in with an emergency or infection to the high caliber technicians that assist him I feel safe and assured of the best work. They work hard to understand the financial challenges of dental work and the receptionist also spearheads working through insurance claims. Dr. Pichler has a gentle and soothing manner when working on your teeth and he listens carefully to concerns. For example, I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and we now know the health of teeth is related to overall health of the body. He listens to my concerns and cares for his patients. “Just before relocating from Michigan to The Villages, I learned that I had an infection in a root following implant and crown work. There was no time to address the issue in Michigan but attention was urgently required. Even with a very capable periodontist addressing my problem, it was likely that a very costly extraction with replacement implant and crown would be necessary. I contacted a friend, Dr Michael Baity. He had a very successful periodontics practice and had taught the discipline at the University of Michigan. He recommended that I see Dr Livada ASAP. I was able to get an appointment on short notice and she very soon afterwards did scaling and grafting to address the problem. She was able to save the existing implant. I was impressed and would unconditionally recommend her to anyone. My wife has a different but nagging oral problem and has just made an appointment to see Dr Livada. “First appointment with new dental office. We recently moved to the area and had to find a new dentist. Just by luck we found Beville Dental Care. What a pleasant surprise. Friendliest office staff I have been in for years. Pam and Tiffany in the front office introduced themselves immediately, there was no wait and Jennifer, the hygienist, couldn’t have been nicer. They have a young girl (Jennifer’s assistant) that I didn’t catch her name but was very efficient and professional. Dr. Norton is very friendly and very thorough. I feel like this will be a very long-term relationship and would highly recommend this entire office staff.”
