“Very pleasent and inviting atmosphere. First visit went smooth, I was seen by DR White and his very pleasant assistant. Both was very great. However, I had a bad experience with Dr. Whites coordinator Jessica she was very dishonest she told me a number of false reasons to why my bill (amount due) change. She was very unprofessional on the phone, her behavior left me feeling uneasy and I asked to be switch to another doctor within the group. Like I stated Dr. White and his assistant was very nice and welcoming, however due to his coordinator dishonesty I would rather deal with someone else. I was switch to Dr Orlando and his assistant Jackie whom was very nice and polite, and took great care of me. It’s unfortunate that due to Jessica unethical practice I felt uncomfortable to continue my treatment with Dr. White who is also a great doctor. Sometimes 1 person on a team can make it bad for the whole team, which is very unfortunate. Beside that one person the rest of the staff is very nice honest and straight forth. I would recommend this group. And if you have to deal with Jessica the coordinator keep all of your receipts and ask to speak to someone above her if you feel what she’s saying isn’t accurate.”

“Went in today for a dental cleaning as a new patient and couldn't be happier with my experience. As soon as you walk in, the office is neat and organized. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming! Then moving to the back, my hygienist was so friendly and talked with me the entire time... then the dentist came to see me and that was the icing on top of the cake. Dr. Nguyen is hands down the most professional, friendly and welcoming dentist/provider I have ever met! Everyone on staff treats you with such high regards and I was extremely pleased with how fast it took to get me back, get the cleaning, see the dentist, get my procedures done and head home. Would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Great work girls! Loved my visit today and will most definitely spread the word about this office :)”

“My experience with this dental office was Exceptionally Excellent! Took my teen here after trying to migrate over from his amazing pediatric dentist because he is now over 18. It is Hard to find an adult dentist that compares to the amazing treatment you get from the pediatric dentist. However I think we found an excellent place to call our dentist at Timber Springs Dental. Everyone we interacted with, from the front receptionist to the dental hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist herself were all so wonderful. Truly a great experience.
