She introduced herself as Ms. Gerline, as she organized herself in preparation for her to begin. As I observed her presence, I could not help but to notice the following: Firstly, she was conversational which always put mind at ease - white coat syndrome. Secondly, she explained the process in detail and questioned if there were any discomfort. Thirdly, she was patient and most importantly, she was thorough.
