Never having to wait long for my appt in a waiting room either like many others have. Plus they help to always quickly resolve any conflicts I have with pharmacy refills too as Dr Joyce keeps very accurate notes and records. Dr Joyce listens and makes time for me in between appointments if needed and will not over medicate like many others in my past have done. Any non urgent phone calls have been returned same day if not the next business day. I hear from many doctors I see that I am so lucky to have Dr Joyce as she is the best and I so agree!! Blessed! I got right in when I moved to the area. But I do know from prior experience, in other states too, getting in to see anyone in the mental health and treatment field can have a 4-8 month wait. That is not Dr. Joyce's fault but a limited amount of doctors available for a growing industry.”

It is very in-and-out, to maximize the time able to be spent doing therapies while also being willing to adjust that time as necessary, if more or less is needed. The staff is amazing and every single one of them are welcoming, friendly, and uplifting to be around. Wonderful people with great personalities. Of their many positive qualities the last I’d like to mention is that they’re very knowledgeable in their practice and so can offer a huge range of effective treatment plans and strategies to help facilitate the recovery process. Some days I’m tired and others my feet hurt and I don’t wanna stand. I wanted to get her out of the house and have her interact with people her age. Not only do they have exercise and art classes but they have a special transportation that picks her up and drops her off. The wellness coordinator is amazing and very caring as well as Dr. Leon’s nurse, Jessica. I really hit the lotto by finding this Cano Health Clinic!!!
