He is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have ever met. He is so good with older patients. Do I have to wait sometime? Yes. Do I mind? No, because I know if I needed the extra time, he would give it to me. In today's medicine where unfortunately a lot of doctors are pushed by managed care to do a volume business, Dr. Scholl still treats his patients as if they are more important than the bureaucracy running his business. Is his staff busy? Yes. Do you sometimes have to wait to speak with one of them? Yes. However, when you do, please remember that because they are so busy, Dr. Scholl is given the time to truly care for his patients.”

I understand that waiting past an appointment time for a doctor is pretty normal but an hour is a bit excessive. Once seen, I was out of there pretty quickly.
