Phones though should be a bit handled better but I understand because I’ve seen what goes on with limited ppl answering phones but customer service should always be on point when dealing with clients over the phone and that isn’t happening.”

I had no bruising post op and am already down to minimal swelling- was out and about running errands today, pretty unreal! If you want a trustworthy surgeon who will genuinely listen to what YOU want, look no further. I loved the masculine look of my original nose and wanted to maintain that but make minor refinements in both my bridge and tip (wanted to straighten my bridge and remove a bump and did not want my tip lifted). Surely enough got my cast off yesterday and I still saw my original nose, just 100x better. I still feel like myself and the adjustments made were perfect. I'm so grateful for Dr. Wright. And big shoutout to Carla my coordinator- she was on it from day 1 making sure everything was ready to go and I had everything I needed for a successful procedure. Dream team!”
