“I was looking for a new doctors office, i checked reviews and found many doctors with terrible reviews. Most complaints seemed to be more staff related than the doctor. I was referred to Dr Lopez by a friend, I was pleasantly surprised, office was clean and professional, staff quick to great me and get me ready for appointment. I was taken in at my appointment time, quick process with blood pressure and history review. Dr Lopez arrived soon after, had a great exam, he took a lot of time with me explaining everything in detail. Reviewed my medications and explained what they were for and how they worked. He listened to my concerns and provided one of the best medical exams I have had. Never before, in the history of medical care, has there been such an abundant opportunity , as there is today, for a Doctor that is willing to spend time with a patient before trying to collect his fee. I recommend Dr Lopez! Give him a try, you wont be disappointed!! Tell him “RG” sent you in. WOW! I have been using this office for a short time and am very impressed! I was having a bit of trouble with with a prescription, the pharmacy was giving me different information then the Doctors office. I called in right before closing, explained what was happening and I was told by the receptionist that she would forward the information to the nurse on duty first thing in the morning. I received a call back from DEBRA, she reviewed my file, answered all of the questions I had, provided me with a professional, understanding of what was happening and put me at ease. I sincerely appreciate her taking the time to make sure I understood all of my options. EAST-WEST-SHE IS THE BEST!”
