Dr lumbard examined me and said I would never have an enlarged prostate - I am 83 years old. He sent me to Largo hospital for a CAT scan. When I went back to discuss the results, Dr. Lumbard found that I had a birth defect which resulted in a growth in my bladder. He operated and repaired the defect. “They were excellent from start to finish! The first time I had contact with the office about setting up an appt. I could tell they were caring and professional, and continued to be throughout the entire process. Every person I interacted with really went above and beyond to be helpful and it was much appreciated during a very uncertain, anxious time for me. The morning after my CT scan was done they had the completed report with images on the patient portal and I was able to view it and find out the results, which was a great relief knowing no serious problems were found. The cost for the procedure was reasonable and less than I expected, which was also a pleasant surprise since I don't have insurance and it was an out-of-pocket expense. Another plus is that their office and waiting room is beautifully furnished and relaxing which helps you feel more at ease when you come in. I would recommend and use them again in the future if needed.”

“Dr. Fitch breathed life back into me after my cancer surgery. I had to receive 4 weeks of radiation 5 days a week, and instead of dreading my appointments there, I looked forward to them. My first visit he told me to take off my mask, and gave me a big hug. Every time I would visit he would start the visit with a hug and huge smile and end the visit the same way. I realized that I was no longer a cancer patient but a cancer survivor. I know he is the reason his staff treats me so well, you can tell everyone there from the receptionist to the radiologists love working there. I am so glad that Dr. Khakpour and Dr. Marple referred me to him. Everywhere you looked in his office there were affirmations that life was good, you would be okay, and you realized your cancer was not the end of your life it was the next chapter. He explained things so easily, so I truly understood why I needed radiation, what the benefits would be and what the impact would be to not do it. After the treatments were over he made sure he explained the reason for the additional chemo pills, and when I told him how sick the first pills made me, he told me if they made me more sick than the benefit of taking them, that maybe they are not necessary discuss it with your oncologist. He explained things to me none of other doctors did, and I am forever grateful to him and his staff for being my partner in fighting the last battle of my cancer.”
