“Dr. Fina is a great pediatrician. Easy to talk to and does not over- medicate as so many doctors do. I like that she provides a holistic approach to medicine. I deducted one star because the receptionist, Desiree, ALWAYS has a bad attitude every time we interact with her. She is not pleasant and gives us the impression we are bothering her if we make or cancel an appointment. We had a well-child visit on the books for a couple of months, but had to call and cancel the week prior. When we told Desiree we have to cancel and reschedule for another date, which we don’t know at this time, she says with MAJOR ATTITUDE, ok your canceling and not coming here any more?? What? Where on earth did she come to that conclusion? Nasty nasty. I hope Dr. Fina and her husband, which was the best receptionist ever, read this and realize this is the face of their business and pushing us to do teledoc appointments instead.”
