“Great branch, I have been coming here from Lake City for years now. The tellers always welcome you as you come in the door and the bankers are more than willing to help with any issues. I don't agree with the previous comment- I have been in to see Travis multiple times while he helped me with my IRA, with a power of attorney I have over my mother, and to set up a savings account for my baby girl. He was knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions each time I came by the branch. This is a good bank with people who will listen and truly care!”

The staff, the nurse and the Doctor were all amazing! They made you feel at home and were very specific explaining everything. They made sure to break the shy shell my daughter had and made her feel confident in taking her shots. The location was also very clean and super nice in the decor on the inside. “I used to travel to Taft Street to take my mom for office visits to see Dr. Issa, then he moved to Margate and we followed him there. Shortly after he opened the practice in Plantation which is closer to home so we now go to that location. Dr. Issa genuinely cares about his patients, he is very knowledgeable and efficient. Having said this, I have one concern/frustration, it all comes down to customer service. The staff needs to be trained in that area. If the doctor is running behind the front desk staff needs to let the patients coming in know that because every one’s time is valuable. This makes a world of difference that way one has the choice or waiting or rescheduling. Aside from that, for me, they get 4 out of 5 stars. My mom feels very comfortable with Dr. Issa – Super human being.”

At this practice you will not experience a 5 minute pop in visit with the physician. You will get all of the time you need with your doctor. Not a nurse. “It’s been nearly a year yet we often think back to Dr. Penn and what a blessing he was to our family. We left the care of another doctor (for many not so good reasons) and came to this practice. We were told his feet were goners by the other doctor, but Dr. Penn assured us he would do his best. My dad still has both his feet! Dr. Penn took the time to clean the feet through debridement (something the other doctor never did) and we had many appointments with him. My dad did end up losing two toes but WAY better than TWO feet! His staff was also SOOOO friendly and helpful — especially his sweet nurse. Thankful for his urgency, kindness, and pro-activity.”
