“We love Dr. Su and have been patients of hers for many years. She is a great doctor who saved my life and who has taken great care of my loved ones for a long time. However, some of her receptionist staff can be unprofessional and it is a shame because she is such a fantastic doctor. I called to make an appointment and immediately off the bat the woman who answered my call had a snippy tone and bad attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even answering the call. I understand a job dealing with many patients in a day becomes mentally taxing but It’s demeaning to be spoken to in such a way when you are being polite and making a simple request. I’ve dealt with a few not so excellent receptionists in my years of being a patient here but this particular woman, unfortunately, takes the cake.”

After a year of shotty service with them (picking up one day and skipping us the next), neighborhood cats tearing our garbage up day after day, we finally decided to drop our trash service and start taking it to the transfer station ourselves.
