“I wanted to wait till I gave birth to leave a review and literally my entire experience was a dream come true from start to finish, resulting in me giving birth to the most beautiful baby girl exactly how I always envisioned… Prenatal care wasn’t rushed EVER. My friends who have birthed in a hospital are shocked when I say that my appointment times were usually about 30 minutes long and that I was able to have informed discussions and ask all the questions that my heart had. I adore that it’s within the payment plan that mothers will attend birth education and lactation classes because honestly, knowledge is power, and it makes a first time mom feel empowered to know all of her options and be supported in those decisions. The support that the entire Breath of Life team offers is really something I didn’t even expect, but so graciously welcomed. Birth also was amazing. Hurts a little, but they prepared me so well and gave so many coping techniques for how to manage the pain. I gave birth to my baby girl relaxed, smiling, and cracking jokes. Last thing that I want to mention is that postpartum visits aren’t ONLY at the 6 week mark. For me, it was the day after, will be at the 3 week mark, and then at 6 weeks. The care that Breath of Life provides really should be the standard EVERYWHERE. I am so grateful to have stumbled across them, I don’t regret anything.”

“Great Experience, I had to renew , this was a different office . So , I was kinda stressed out. The minute I walked in, I noticed how clean it was , I was treated very nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful and actually cares about you. The doctor was extremely helpful and even took extra time to make sure, I got everything done before I left the office, so I didn’t have to spend hours at home trying to go through the online process with the state system. “I highly recommend Dr. Ford. I went to her for a few years and was completely surprised by her bedside manner in a good way. From the very first visit she was kind, calming, and appeared interested in my health hx/concerns. Granted I'm in relatively good shape but Dr. Ford was always willing to provide referrals to any outside specialists or even make recommendations for improved quality of care choices such as dietitians or herbal supplements. I can see how other reviewers may have had a problem with the front office staff but I did not have any major issues. I was incorrectly charged for an appt one time however received a refund a few months later for the incorrect billing. I will also say that because I only wanted to see Dr. Ford I could not get in right way. My appts had to scheduled a few weeks to a month in advance. I would have stayed at this practice but sadly they stopped taking my insurance so I had to move on.”
