His staff is friendly, efficient, and effective. I have had laser treatments for eye capillary leakage due to diabetes and I expected the procedure to be much worse than it was. I had the fear, like so many others, of something going into my eye. The procedures I had allayed my fears and, trust me, I am a scaredy-cat! The office is calming with lower lighting and a huge fish tank in the center of the seating area. This helps to calm me everytime I go there. Also, one of their techs, Al, plays great music over the PA system. Sometimes I get there just in time to get a fresh baked cookie. If you are looking for a good Opthamologist in a small practice, Dr Ayer is your doctor!”
